Sofie Sheldon is the Program Manager and Youth Educator at the UCLA Art & Global Health Center. She facilitates arts-based public health programs with young people across LA to educate on social justice issues and sexual health topics.

Through ‘Up to Us,‘ Sofie aims to empower individuals to become their own advocates in their community by promoting open and honest conversations on topics such as criminal justice reform and sexual health. Sofie believes society can use the power of storytelling to inspire positive collective change

Sofie received her BA in World Arts & Cultures from UCLA, and she is proud to continue her work in art-activism with the Art & Global Health Center.
