When the lived experience of youth – their perspective and voices – is strongly reflected in the content, entertainment education is that much more powerful for it. This panel showcases three examples from India, California and Washington State. When youth are meaningfully engaged, they are also shaped by the experience. The potential for impact of these productions in their communities of focus is heightened by the resonance of true youth voices.
